On the occasion of International Women’s Day, Business Transformation Asia successfully conducted a webinar with the most admired women in society. The theme of the event was ‘#Breakthebias’ sponsored by ABWCI – Association of Businesswomen in Commerce and Industry. The event was joined by Ektaa Sibal, India’s number one Inner-self Transformation Specialist International Meditation Expert, Global Executive Leadership Coach; Pacita Juan, past chair of the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network and Founder, Echostore; Amrit Ahuja, Communication Consultant, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation India and Phoebe G. David, CEO and Founder, Brazaville Beach Resort and ABWCI Country President, Philippines. The event was moderated by Deepika Chauhan, Digital Content Lead, GEC Media Group.
“Women are the real architect of society,” said Harriet Beecher Stowe, a famous American author. Women really do build society. They build not only themselves but a whole community. yet history has failed the women many a time to represent what a woman can be. There cannot be just a day to celebrate a woman. Every day should be a day, where we respect the divinity of women.
International women’s day was observed for the first time in 1911. Since then, every year on 8th of March, womanhood is celebrated all around the world to honour all the astounding women in our lives. This day is particularly observed to acknowledge the achievements of women in various aspects of life.

Amrit Ahuja, Communication Consultant, Michael and Susan Dell Foundation India highlighted what stops women, the covid effects and harnessing work life, the covid effect, living in the third connected age, and thriving in the new workplace. She also emphasised that women should need to be open about their priorities.

Ektaa Sibal, India’s number one Inner-self Transformation Specialist, International Meditation Expert, Global Executive Leadership Coach and Gifted Energy Healer with inborn intuitive abilities shared her inspirational journey and described the importance of mental health and wellbeing in a person’s life.

Pacita Juan, past chair of the ASEAN Women Entrepreneurs Network and Founder, Echostore. She is a past immediate chair of the ASEAN entrepreneurs’ network and a leader in ensuring that women have a real voice in all aspects of society. Pacita Juan shared her sustainable journey with attendees and motivated them to start it as nothing is impossible.
