DWTC’s EVP Trixie LohMirmand Joins Global Board of the Global CIO Forum

The Global CIO Forum (GCF) is proud to announce the appointment of Trixie LohMirmand, Executive Vice President at Dubai World Trade Centre (DWTC), to its Global Board, a strategic leadership body comprising prominent technology and innovation leaders.

Trixie brings decades of leadership in enabling global ICT ecosystems, driving innovation agendas, and shaping the evolution of technology platforms at scale. As the force behind some of the region’s most impactful tech conferences and digital economy initiatives, her induction into the GCF Global Board marks a milestone for both regional and global tech leadership.

As a member of the GCF Global Board, Trixie will contribute to shaping the Forum’s strategic roadmap, championing initiatives in digital transformation, thought leadership, and STEM mentorship—particularly with a focus on women and emerging leaders in technology.

Her role will include:

  • Steering GCF’s global strategy and aligning technology innovation with enterprise needs.
  • Advocating for diversity, equity, and inclusion within the tech industry.
  • Participating in global policy discussions with governments and trade bodies.
  • Supporting mentorship programs for youth and women in STEM.
  • Contributing to GCF’s flagship events, including the World CIO 200 Grand Finale in Egypt (September 2025).
