The central part of my role includes helping to deliver and shape the company narrative across multiple markets, as well as collaborating with different internal departments and teams, such as marketing, to advise, plan and deliver our company goals and values.

The exposure to different cultures has helped shape my personality and made me a better, and a more understanding communications professional. Most of the projects we undertake are multi-market, critical workstreams and the successful delivery and reporting of results to the senior management team is always something I take great pride in.
If I had to pinpoint one thing, not being able to travel as frequently to the markets I look after has been difficult. I place a lot of value in face-to-face interaction with my friends in the media and the move to virtual briefings and events, albeit necessary, was challenging for me but I am glad to see a gradual return to in-person activities.
