The CAS, for the period 2018 -2023, identifies and prioritises the key activities to be implemented to ensure that the AU is seen as a “People Centred Organisation and the only truly pan-African organisation working to ensure inclusive and sustainable growth for the African continent and its citizens.

Nehemiah Attigah has over 20 years of international experience in the IT industry and in management positions. He has expertise in Software Engineering, Project Management, Business Analysis & Process Engineering, Human centered Design, and Digital Technologies.
Nehemiah is one of Ghana's leading tech influencers and thought leaders in the areas of digitization, enterprise computing and digital growth strategy.
Nehemiah founded Hatua Tech in 2011 as part of his efforts to help enterprises manage their information and process better. He also co-founded the Civic Tech organization, Odekro in 2012. Nehemiah has led innovation management and technology roll-out projects in Ghana, Nigeria, South Africa, Kenya, Sierra Leone, Gambia.
He is involved in the propagation of Data for development, citizen engagement and transparency. He has been responsible for the digital media strategies of some leading organizations in Ghana, Kenya, Sierra Leone and Liberia.
He is also known for his involvement in Social Justice Projects such as Reclaim Naija –Nigeria, Ghana Decides , One Simple Step and Ebola Watch.

Samuel Amanor is currently the CEO of BlueSPACE AFRICA, Samuel Amanor is an Information Technology veteran with 20 years experience. From 2009 till 2014, he led EMC Corporation (HQ Hopkinton, MA) and Dell Computers (Austin, Texas) into West African Markets, focusing on Intelligent Data Management & Information Lifecycle Management and Country Management roles. His practice spans Telecoms, Oil & Gas and Financial Services in the West African English speaking regions. Samuel enjoys reading, furniture design, movies, travel and most importantly working and consulting with customers around Information Infrastructure technology. Samuel holds a degree in Computer Science from Wayne College-Detroit, MI & Stanford Open University Executive Programme focusing on Corporate Strategy & Entrepreneurship for Emerging Markets.
