On 12th March, CaaS hosted its second townhall meeting on Zoom, which was attended by over 57 CIOs from various industries. The event was aimed at updating the CIO community about the latest developments on the platform and the launch of its Android mobile app.

Anushree Dixit, spoke about the various advancements made on the platform since its inception, including the integration of new tools and features that enable CIOs to efficiently manage their IT projects and requirements. She also announced the launch of the CaaS Android mobile app, which is designed to provide CIOs with a mobile-friendly interface for daily feeds, live updates and intraction and services on the GO.

Jayakumar Mohanachandran, Chief Research Officer of CaaS, also spoke about the new Research as a Service (RaaS) offering, which provides CIOs with access to in-depth research reports, market analysis, and other research-based insights to help them make informed decisions. The RaaS service will be available as a subscription-based offering, and subscribers will have access to a vast repository of research content on various technology topics.

Sheridan Moodley, CaaS Member for Retail Services, spoke about the new retail services offered on the platform based on five key strategic pillars. These services will enable CIOs to optimize their retail operations and enhance the customer experience across all touchpoints.
